Song for the day, (who knows it?) "movin' right along wackadoo wackadoo, footloose and fancy free...." Yes it's true, I was channeling the Muppet Movie while I was running today. I can't even tell you why. I was running and felt pretty good (no rocks today) and even did a couple hundred situps to start the work out. Not only that, but the temperature in Milwaukee is supposed to get above freezing for a couple of days in a row this week. Maybe I'll be able to convince CT to run with me again outside....CT? CT?
